Trade Show Catering
Challenge:
•To provide food service to a trade show with over 3,000 attendees. The event was held at the Meadowlands Convention Center which did not have adequate kitchen facilities to provide food for the show.

Solution:
• We provided one of our 40 ft. mobile kitchens, and one 24 ft. refrigeration trailer setup in the loading dock area of the facility.

• Catering service was provided by our sister company Corinne's Concepts in Catering.

•Over 12 different hot and cold appetizers, as well as 10 different entrees and sides were served.

at the Republican National Convention

Remote Site Convention Catering
Challenge:
•To set up a fully self-sufficient commissary, serving area, and bathroom facilities at the First Union Center in Philadelphia, PA.

•To prepare and serve over 6,500 gourmet meals in a 12 day period for the news cast, production crew, VIP's and security personnel.

Solution:
•We coordinated multiple trailers for this event including one 32 ft. mobile kitchen, one 45 ft. dry storage trailer, one 45 ft. split refrigeration/freezer trailer, and one 24 ft. bathroom trailer. Serving tents were also erected.

•Electricity was provided via generators. Potable water was directly connected to the kitchen trailer, as well as the bathroom facilities. Waste water holding tanks were set up and pumped two times per day by a local cesspool company.

•Catering service was provided by our sister company Corinne's Concepts in Catering.

Strike Situation
Challenge:
•To supply a temporary kitchen facility for management and important non-union personnel who would keep the power plant operational.

Solution:
•We furnished our client a 32 ft. mobile kitchen for this project. The kitchen contained an assortment of equipment to accommodate the variety of menus that would be served.

•Quotations on temporary showers and laundry facilities were on hand, and the equipment ready to be delivered if needed during this difficult time.

Back Stage Entertainment Catering
Challenge:
•How do you provide gourmet meals to the music industry's top artists and production crew working the largest concert production in the United States?

Solution:
•Planet Hollywood was contracted to handle the back stage catering for this event and Stewart's Mobile Concepts teamed up with them to get the job done.

• Two days before the event started we delivered, positioned and completely setup the mobile kitchen within just a few short hours.

•Water was plumbed from a nearby source and waste water holding tanks were delivered, setup and pumped daily by a local provider.

•Propane tanks were also delivered by a local provider and retrofitted to the mobile kitchen.

•Electrical power was provided via generators used to power the event.

Six Month Kitchen Renovation
Challenge:
•To provide a temporary kitchen facility for a 6 month kitchen renovation at a state prison.

•To supply a kitchen that was secure and readily accessible for the guards who watched over the prisoners that prepared all the meals.

Solution:
•Wood decking and steps were built around the trailer for easy entry and exit to and from the unit.

•The mobile kitchen was positioned as close as possible to the building where finished food service and dining took place.

•Power to the mobile kitchen was supplied via local city power at the prison. Potable water was drawn from the nearby building's supply, and waste water was connected to drain into a grease trap and then sewer that was within 15 feet of the trailer.
